This Privacy Notice explains what data is collected when you use ifixyourai.codes, for what purpose, and how it is protected.

Data collected

When requesting an appointment: name, email address, desired time slot, and an optional note. When visiting the website: analytics services collect pseudonymised usage data (see Analytics below). No data is collected without an explicit action by the user.

Purpose of processing

Booking data is used exclusively for scheduling and confirmation. No newsletter, no marketing, no sharing with third parties outside the processors named below.

Processor: appointment scheduling

Appointments are processed via Cal.com, Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #3919, Walnut CA 91789, USA. Cal.com receives booking data for scheduling and email confirmation. More information: cal.com/privacy.

Analytics

This website uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for anonymised usage analysis. Only public measurement IDs are used; no secrets are passed to the browser. More information: clarity.microsoft.com/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy.

Retention

Booking data is retained according to Cal.com's policies. Analytics data according to the respective service policies. Personal data is deleted on request.
